A negative memory from when I was younger. Would be the unfortunate passing away of my grandad. He had been sick for a while so in way this was better that just suffering. This was not easy for anyone in my family. My grandad was a good-hearted man. He cared for his friends and family. When I went over to his house. He was always delighted to see me. He would greet me with a smile. Some days I would go out back then when it was time to go back in he would call my name. From the back porch. We had good times together. But the day he passed away wasn’t easy. I just couldn’t believe that he was gone. I was in denial. It took some time to realize that he was in a better place.

                                                                                        I believe

I believe I am equal. I think we all are equal. We should put aside our differences. To notice the things we have in common. I believe that if I try my hardest in anything I can do well. I believe that you should treat others the way you would like to be treated. That’s just is just polite. As my parents would say knowledge is key. They say knowledge can help you accomplish big things. My people also say I have a good work ethic. Meaning that they like the way I keep trying till I succeed. My teachers say I am a hard worker. I believe that we have two-faced government. The money is not being given to the people that could really use it. Instead we have the lottery. I believe we all can help end world hunger. We are wasting so much food. Instead we can give leftovers to a soup kitchen or a shelter. I believe that I can be one of the best athletes.

There are no limits in life I believe in me.

A

positive memory from when I was would be when I got my first skateboard. I was a pretty young (8) so I got a little excited. It wasn’t the best board but it was good enough. I could remember seeing the polished graphic. I could smell the clean birch wood. When I got back home I started using it right away. I could hear how smooth the bearings were. That day was not completely positive. Shortly after I fell and used my hand to catch I and I landed on a bee. I could feel my hand throbbing. It was painful to the touch. Other than that the day was fine.
